What is a semi electric stacker?

A 12 V, 120 Ah battery feeds a lift motor of 1.5 to 1.6 kW. Pressing the lift button runs a hydraulic pump driven by that motor, and the mast raises the forks smoothly. Lowering is done through a valve. Travel has no motor at all: the operator walks behind the handle and pushes. The forks are 1000 mm long and slide between 320 and 695 mm apart to suit the pallet.

It suits warehouses, cold stores, retail back rooms and factory stores that put pallets on racks many times a day over short distances. Charge the battery overnight in a ventilated spot. Where lifts are only a handful per shift, the hand-pumped PS2.0 stacker avoids a battery altogether. Long floor runs go quicker on a hand pallet truck.

Racking a pallet with the PS1.5S – 4 steps

   Set the forksSlide the forks to match the pallet openings, anywhere from 320 to 695 mm apart, and lower them to 90 mm.

   Pick and pushEnter the pallet fully on the 1000 mm forks, lift it slightly, and push the stacker to the rack bay by hand.

   Lift with the buttonHold the lift button until the pallet clears the beam; the motor can take up to 1500 kg as high as 3000 mm.

   Place and chargeInch forward, lower onto the beam, withdraw and drop the forks. Plug in the 12 V battery when the shift ends.
