What is an automatic L-sealer with shrink tunnel?

Film up to 600 mm wide comes off a single centre-folded roll. The box slides between the two layers, and an L-shaped hot knife seals the front and side in one stroke. This 1.3 kW sealer runs on 220 V single phase. Silicon coated rotating rods then carry the pack through the 1200 x 450 x 200 mm tunnel at 0 - 15 metre per minute, heated by 8.5 kW on 380 V three phase.

The pair fits steady runs of cosmetics cartons, stationery sets, gift packs and software or media boxes, where every pack should look alike. Output can reach 20 packs per minute, depending on pack size and how often it changes. Smaller mixed batches are easier to justify on the semi automatic LS5045, while items longer than the L frame need the SL4518 side sealer.
