What is an air flushing band sealer like the CS900AF?

Gas is blown into the open mouth as the bands carry the pouch toward the heaters. The two 40 W heat sealing elements then close the film straight after the flush, so the gas stays trapped inside. Speed runs from 0 to 12 metre per minute and temperature up to 300 deg C, giving an 8 to 10 mm seal on film up to 0.08 mm. The 930 x 153 mm conveyor takes up to 3 kg, and the stand height can be adjusted.

Chips and namkeen brands losing stock to crushed packs, and dry fruit or spice packers fighting staleness, get the most use from it. Plan the gas source, cylinders or a generator, before installation. When no gas is needed, the plain CS900 costs less to run; when air must be pulled out first, the CVS900 adds vacuum ahead of the gas.
