What is a pneumatic sealing machine like the PS700A?

The sack rests on a roller table, which carries loads up to 50 kg, with its mouth between the jaws. On each cycle air pressure brings the jaws together evenly while the heaters, set up to 300 deg C, fuse an 8 to 10 mm seal. The machine repeats this 2 to 10 times a minute. It draws 2000 W on 110 or 220 V, and needs a compressor line run to it as well.

Fertilizer, seed, grain, chemical and cement additive packers who close heavy sacks one by one are its home. The 100 kg body measures 720 x 560 x 1340 mm, so give it a fixed place near filling. Plain poly bags are fine on the FS series foot sealer, and laminated sacks moving on a belt suit the CS1680 band sealer.
