What is the 102TUS carton sealer for smaller cartons?

Small cartons slip on a regular sealer because its belts cannot close in far enough. On the 102TUS the width and height guides come in tight enough to hold a narrow box square while it moves at 20 m per minute. Roller infeed and outfeed sections support the pack before and after the tape heads, which run 36 mm or 48 mm tape. The motor uses only 200 W from a 220 V / 50 Hz point, so any ordinary socket circuit will do.

Typical users are pharma packers, cosmetic brands, mobile accessory distributors and spare-part stores sending small outers in steady numbers. Printed or glossy cartons are fine, but set the tape position with care before a run. The frame is about 1750 x 880 mm and weighs 120 kg. If your main box is standard sized and you want 76 mm tape, look at the 102TU; for random sizes all day, the 102TR.
