What is the BW600 PLC box stretch wrapping machine?

A pneumatic top plate comes down onto the box once it is on the 600 mm turntable, so the load cannot lift or twist. The table then spins at any speed from 3 to 20 rpm while a pre-stretch carriage draws the film thinner before laying it on. The PLC counts the wraps you have programmed and stops the cycle by itself. Expect about 20 to 40 loads an hour, depending on box size and wrap count.

Furniture parts, appliance boxes, textile bales, auto parts and small carton bundles suit it, as long as each fits within 600 x 600 x 600 mm and weighs 50 kg or less. Keep compressed air near the bay for the top plate. The frame is about 1500 x 600 x 1800 mm and 260 kg. Heavier rigid boxes up to 100 kg belong on the BW600 without press, and full pallets on the SW2100.
