Registering is optional – your invoice is your warranty proof – but it puts your details on our records so a claim is handled faster.
How a claim works
- WhatsApp a short video of the problem and a photo of the rating plate to +91 95822 69346.
- We diagnose it on the call – most issues are fixed there.
- If a part is faulty we courier it, or arrange pickup of the machine, free within the warranty period.

Before you call service
- Check the socket and the fuse if there is no light at all.
- Lower or raise the timer one step if the seal is burnt or weak.
- Replace the Teflon tape if it is brown or torn.
- Fit a spare element if the light comes on but there is no heat – two spares are in the box.
Most calls end at one of these four steps. If none of them works, WhatsApp us a short video and a photo of the rating plate. Registered machines are handled faster because your model, invoice and date are already on our records.

Is warranty registration compulsory?
No. The invoice is enough, but registering speeds up a claim.
Can I register a machine bought on Amazon?
Yes. Choose Amazon.in and enter your order number.
Where is the serial number?
On the rating plate on the side of the machine.
How long is the warranty?
2 years for Standard models and 5 years for Heavy Duty, from the invoice date.
Can I register several machines?
Yes. Fill the form once for each machine, or WhatsApp us a list with models and serial numbers.
What happens after I register?
Your details are saved with our service team, so a future claim needs only the video and a photo of the rating plate.
