PackForge impulse sealers are fabricated, assembled, wired and run-tested at our own works in Faridabad. Selected components come from established suppliers in China and Taiwan and are inspected here before they go into a machine. Nothing is drop-shipped and re-badged, which is why we can stand behind specifications and stock spares for years.

How an impulse sealer is made

1. Body and arm – metal parts are cut, formed and powder-coated.
2. Seal bar – the element, its end fittings and spring are mounted on the lower jaw and covered with Teflon tape.
3. Electricals – transformer, timer, indicator and switch are wired and secured.
4. Assembly – arm, silicone pad and bar are aligned so the jaws meet evenly along the full length.
5. Run test – every machine seals test film before it is packed.
6. Packing – the machine goes into its box with two spare elements, a Teflon tape, the manual and the warranty card.

What we check before dispatch

• The jaws meet evenly along the whole bar.
• The element is taut, straight and covered smoothly with Teflon tape.
• The timer and indicator respond at low and high settings.
• A test seal on poly film is clean and even end to end.
• The box holds every item listed on the box contents.
