Who makes PackForge carton sealers?

PackForge Industries is a division of Fulcrum Infratech Pvt. Ltd. We manufacture our carton sealers in Faridabad, at PackForge Tower, Green Field Colony, Sector 41-42. The company has been building machines for 15 years, and the carton range grew out of jobs that packing units brought to us.

Every model on our main carton sealing machine page lists India as its country of origin. Things a buyer can verify before paying:

• Quality system: the works operates under ISO 9001:2015.
• GST registration: GSTIN 06AADCF6114G1ZZ, in the name of Fulcrum Infratech Pvt. Ltd.
• Brand: the PackForge trade mark application was filed with the Trade Marks Registry on 5 September 2026 and is pending. Our IP policy gives the details.
• Warranty: at least 12 months from the invoice date against manufacturing defects, set down in writing.
• Visits: buyers and dealers can see the works by appointment.

What do we make in-house and what do we buy in?

No machine builder makes every motor itself. This is where we draw the line.

How is a carton sealer built and checked at Faridabad?

1. Fabrication. Steel for the frame, rails and table is cut, formed and joined, then finished before it reaches the fitters. A bracket found out of line goes back a few metres to be corrected, not forced into place.
2. Fitting. Drive belts, rollers, the top and bottom tape heads and, on air-driven models, the cylinders go onto the frame.
3. Wiring. Motor, switches and control panel are wired and secured.
4. Dry run. With no carton loaded, the belts must track straight and every roller must turn freely.
5. Tape run. Tape is loaded, then applied and cut on real cartons, top and bottom.
6. Packing. The sealer is cleaned, packed with its manual and sent out with a GST invoice.

5. Whose name is printed on the GST invoice, and is it the same company that gives the warranty?
6. Is the warranty in writing, with its exclusions listed?
7. What is the smallest carton the model holds? A maker answers from the specification sheet.

Where do we supply, and how is after-sales handled?

Machines leave Faridabad with free delivery to any serviceable PIN code in India. Metro cities usually receive them in about 3 days and other towns in 5 to 6 days; the PIN code box on each product page shows an expected date. Terms are on the delivery page.

On-site service is offered in Delhi NCR only. Elsewhere, our team helps by phone and video call from Faridabad, and spares travel by courier. We have no branch office or stock in other cities.

Bulk orders, dealers and special builds

Purchase teams shortlisting carton taping machine manufacturers in India for several plants or depots usually want one quotation and one contact. Orders of 50 pieces or more, or worth ₹5 lakh and above, are handled by our head office or an authorised dealer.
