Where do we service on-site?

Our engineers visit sites in Delhi NCR only, travelling out from the Faridabad works. Units in Faridabad, Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad fall inside it. If your site sits at the edge of the region, mention the PIN code when booking and we will confirm.

Outside Delhi NCR we have no engineer, office or parts stock in your city, and we say so before a sale, not after. Support there comes in three forms:

• A phone or video call with someone who knows the model.
• Spare parts dispatched by courier from Faridabad.
• Advice on a small spares kit to keep on your own shelf.

Service on PackForge machines is carried out by Fulcrum Infratech Pvt. Ltd., the same company and the same works that built them.

What does a service visit check?

A visit follows the machine from infeed to outfeed and ends with your own cartons going through. The table shows what the engineer looks at and what your operator can keep up between visits.

Which carton sealing machine repairs come up most?

Most calls end in one of these jobs. Work through the symptom in our carton sealer troubleshooting guide before booking, as a setting change often fixes it.

• Blade and roller pair. A ragged cut that returns soon after a new blade usually points to a worn roller beside it. Both are changed together.
• Drive belts. Shiny, cracked or stretched belts are replaced and tensioned so the carton travels square.
• Blade arm spring. A tired spring lets the blade meet the tape too gently.
• Tape head assembly. When a head is too worn to rebuild economically, a complete top or bottom head is fitted as a unit.
• Motor and switch faults. A motor that will not start or sounds laboured is checked by an engineer, not forced.
• Sensors and air. On self-adjusting models such as the 102TR pneumatic sealer, a sensor that stops responding or an air leak slows or stops size setting.

How does a carton sealer AMC work?

An annual maintenance contract suits a sealer on a line that cannot afford an unplanned stop. It suits a machine used for an hour a day much less, and we will tell you which one yours is.

Each contract is written for your machines and your shift pattern rather than sold as a fixed package. It sets out:

1. How often scheduled visits happen.
2. Which wear parts are replaced on each visit.
3. Response terms when a machine breaks down.
4. What is excluded, in plain words.

Warranty, AMC or paid repair: which covers what?

Most warranty claims on our own machines are settled by sending a part, since few faults need a visit. The full terms are on the warranty page.

How do you book a technician or a service call?

1. WhatsApp +91 95822 69346 with the model or SKU, a photo of the serial plate and your invoice or order reference.
2. Say what the machine is doing, not which part you think has failed. Tape lifting at one corner tells us more than a part name.
3. Add a short clip of the fault running, if you can take one safely.
4. List what has already been tried.
5. Give your PIN code. We confirm whether it is an on-site visit or a remote session with parts.

Phones are answered Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Messages sent after hours are read the next morning and answered in order.

Spare parts by courier for the rest of India

Wear parts for every carton sealer we make are held at Faridabad, so dispatch is rarely the hold-up; transit to your PIN code is. Tell us when a line is down and we will say what is realistic. Order with the model name and a photo of the old part, because a tape head part that looks identical across two models often is not.

Blades, rollers, belts and complete tape head assemblies are listed on the carton sealer spares page. Your own fitter can install our parts as intended without affecting the warranty; fitting another supplier's part or modifying the machine is what causes trouble, so ask first.

Which spares should a plant outside NCR keep?

Without an engineer nearby, the shelf is your service centre. Size the kit to how hard the machine works, not to the machine alone. A useful starting kit for most models:

• One cutter blade for each tape head.
• A set of side drive belts.
• Front and rear rollers for one head.
• For self-adjusting and air-driven models, whatever part we name for your duty, since sensors and air parts stop a machine outright.

Send the model and the number of shifts it runs, and we will list the handful of parts that matter for that duty.

Do you service carton sealers of other makes?
