PackForge 31 CC 4-Stroke Side Pack Brush Cutter

What is a side pack brush cutter?

The 139F engine produces about 0.7 kW. A drive shaft inside the tube carries that power down to the cutting head. Fit the metal blade and it clears a strip roughly 255 mm wide through tough weed and thin bush; swap to the nylon trimmer head and the cut opens to about 430 mm for soft grass. Engine oil sits in its own sump, apart from the 0.65 litre petrol tank.

Typical jobs are trimming farm bunds, clearing orchard rows, cutting grass along field edges and taking paid grass-cutting work in the village. The harness hangs the 8 to 9 kg load from one shoulder, which works well on flat ground. On slopes, terraces or canal banks, the GX35 backpack cutter spreads weight across both shoulders. Woody trunks need a chainsaw instead.
