Do these sealers need three-phase power?
No three-phase supply appears in any of their specifications; they are rated for an ordinary 220 to 240 V point. The 5050J, 5050Z, 102TR and the automatic random sealer also need compressed air from a compressor.
We do job work in small batches with different box sizes. Is a fixed sealer still right?
If sizes change only a few times a day, yes; resetting width and height between batches is quick work. If every carton differs, consider the PackForge 102TR or the automatic random sealer, which adjust to each box.
Can tape rolls and spares come with the machine?
Yes. BOPP tape and wear parts such as blades, rollers and belts are held in stock and can be billed on the same invoice as the sealer.
