The warehouse problem: every order is a different box
Along NH-48, in IMT Manesar and on the warehousing roads out towards Bilaspur, Gurugram's fulfilment centres and 3PL hubs pack whatever the customer happened to order. Carton height and width change from one parcel to the next. Hand taping keeps pace only by adding people, and no two packers tape quite alike.
A random-size sealer deals with this by reading each carton as it enters and setting its own guides, so the line never pauses for a changeover. With a fixed-size machine somebody would have to reset width and height for each order, which nobody does at fulfilment speed; the box simply gets taped by hand instead.

Fitting a sealer into an existing conveyor line
Many Gurugram warehouses already run roller conveyors from the packing stations to sortation. The sealer's table height decides whether it slots in cleanly: the 102PLS adjusts between 570 and 770 mm and the 102TR between 600 and 780 mm, so either can be lined up with most conveyors. Measure your conveyor height and the floor length available before ordering; the 102TR is about 1,970 mm long and the automatic random model about 1,700 mm.
Plan the air at the same time. The pneumatic models need compressed air, so a small compressor near the packing zone belongs in the layout from the start rather than as an afterthought.
D2C brands working from smaller units
Not every Gurugram shipper runs a large shed. Plenty of direct-to-consumer brands in cosmetics, apparel and home goods pack from a unit in Udyog Vihar or a rented floor with a handful of staff. If they use only one or two box sizes, a self-adjusting line is more machine than they need.

Questions buyers ask
Can one sealer handle all the mixed boxes from our fulfilment centre?
Yes, provided it is a random-size model. The automatic random sealer and the PackForge 102TR both adjust to each carton, so different orders pass through without anyone stopping to reset guides.
Do we need a compressor?
For the 102TR, 5050Z, 5050J and the automatic random sealer, yes; the 102TR asks only for a 2 or 3 litre supply at 5 bar. No compressed air appears in the specifications of the semi automatic, compact, 102TU or 102TUS models.
Our parcels go to couriers who weigh and measure them. Does seal quality matter?
It does. A box with tape lifting at a corner can bulge and read larger than it is. A machine lays tape evenly down both ends while side belts hold the carton square.
Can we try a machine before ordering for a new warehouse?
Our Faridabad works is a short drive from Gurugram, and a visit can be arranged by phone. Bring sample cartons covering your smallest and largest sizes.
Does the 5050Z suit an e-commerce operation?
It suits high-volume lines where one carton style runs and folding four top flaps by hand slows packers down. It folds them automatically and tapes at up to 25 cartons a minute.
Which tape should our warehouse stock?
Match the width to the machine: 48, 60 or 76 mm for the 102TR, 50 or 76 mm for the 102PLS. We sell BOPP tape rolls, so machine and tape can share one invoice.
