Carton Sealing Machine in Ahmedabad
Ahmedabad's three big packing trades, textiles, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, each fill a different kind of carton. This page pairs each one with a PackForge sealer and explains delivery from Faridabad.
Three trades, three kinds of carton
Ahmedabad has been a textile city for generations, and its mills, processors and garment units still fill a great many cartons. Around it, the GIDC estates at Vatva, Naroda and Odhav, together with the belts at Changodar and Sanand, add pharmaceutical, chemical and engineering units.
- Textiles: cartons of folded fabric, made-ups and garments, large and heavy and stacked high on trucks.
- Pharma: small shipper cartons holding mono-cartons, strips and bottles, where neat seams and readable labels matter.
- Chemicals: cartons of bottles, jars and tins, heavy for their size, where a split bottom seam can mean a spill.
Sealing textile cartons
Fabric and garment cartons from Narol, Naroda and the city's processing houses are usually packed to one size per order, so a fixed-size sealer is the natural fit. The PackForge 102TU (₹1,07,520 + ₹19,354 GST) takes 76 mm tape, spreading the weight of a heavy carton across a wider strip, while its side drive belts hold the box square so the seam closes straight.
Where fabric cartons are also strapped for the long truck run to Delhi or Kolkata, the 102PLS taping and strapping combo at ₹4,04,992 + ₹72,899 GST does both jobs in one pass. Smaller textile traders with lighter volumes can begin with the semi automatic top-and-bottom model, ₹69,730 + ₹12,551 GST.
What delivery to Ahmedabad looks like
Machines are not stocked anywhere in Gujarat. Each one makes the road journey from Faridabad, and nothing is charged for delivering it anywhere in Ahmedabad. Metro cities usually receive goods in about 3 days and other locations in about 5 to 6; for your estate or locality, trust the date the product page shows after you key in the PIN code, and plan around that.
Our stock of wear parts covers cutter blades, rollers and belts. At this distance it makes sense to order a spare blade and some extra BOPP tape rolls together with the machine.
Pharma packing in and around Ahmedabad
Pharma units around the city pack small outer cartons, often to strict standards of appearance. The 102TUS grips cartons down to about 80 mm with quick width and height adjustment, priced at ₹98,560 + ₹17,741 GST. Packers whose boxes are small but not tiny can use the compact carton sealer at ₹57,500 + ₹10,350 GST, which takes less floor space than a standard machine.
We do not claim any pharma-specific certification for these machines. If your quality team needs particular details, ask for the datasheet, which comes with the quotation on request.
Chemical cartons: weight and security
A carton of filled bottles or tins is heavy and unforgiving. The PackForge 5050J, priced at ₹9,40,800 + ₹1,69,344 GST, runs tape along the middle seam and then down the two short edges, above and underneath, and takes packs weighing from 2.5 to 30 kg on its heavy frame. The extra edge tape strengthens the carton and shows any tampering on arrival.
For lighter chemical cartons of a single size, a 102TU on 3 inch tape is often enough. Units sending out several carton sizes can run them through the 102TR pneumatic sealer at ₹2,50,880 + ₹45,158 GST, which adjusts to each box.

Questions buyers ask
Do you have a dealer in Ahmedabad?
No. We have no dealer, office or stock in Ahmedabad or elsewhere in Gujarat. You order from us directly and the sealer travels from Faridabad, delivered free.
Which sealer handles heavy cartons of fabric?
The PackForge 102TU with 76 mm tape when you run one carton size, or the 102PLS when every carton must also be strapped.
Will delivery to Vatva or Naroda GIDC cost extra?
No. Delivery is free anywhere in India. The product page will estimate arrival once you enter the estate's PIN code.
Is the 5050J worth the money for chemical cartons?
If your cartons are heavy, travel far and need to show any tampering, yes. For lighter single-size cartons, a 102TU at a fraction of the price is usually enough.
Our pharma QA team wants specifications in writing. What do you provide?
A datasheet with the quotation on request, a GST invoice with every machine, and cover for manufacturing defects that lasts no less than a year.
Can we see a machine before buying from so far away?
You can visit our works in Faridabad by appointment. If travel is not practical, send carton dimensions and photographs and we will confirm which model fits.
