What changes the price
Hand-held or conveyor. The IS100 is a head you hold over each cap; the IS200 is a 1150 mm frame with its own conveyor and a water-cooled coil for full shifts. That is the main price step, from under ₹10,000 to over ₹58,000.
Cap range. The IS100 is sold in three cap-size versions: pay only for the range that covers your largest cap. The IS200 covers 20 to 130 mm and lists its options, with their rates, on the product page.
Output. Up to 50 bottles a minute on the IS100, set by the operator’s pace; 2 to 12 metres a minute on the IS200 conveyor.
Running cost
The machine is only part of it. Every cap needs an induction wad inside, bought with your caps from the cap supplier – PackForge does not sell wads. Power is 500 W on the IS100 and 2000 W on the IS200. The IS100 seals without touching the container and lists no wear parts at the head; the IS200 conveyor belt and guides need ordinary care. Both carry 12 months of warranty on manufacturing defects, wear parts excluded.
For a quick comparison, list your bottles per day and the hours the machine will run; with that, the power and the operator time of each option can be weighed against the difference in price.
Price against output
On the IS100 one person holds the head over each cap, so output follows that person: up to 50 bottles a minute on small caps, fewer on large ones. On the IS200 the conveyor sets the pace and nobody stands over the caps, which is what the extra cost buys. A unit sealing a few hundred bottles a day rarely needs the conveyor; a line running all shift rarely manages without it.
Budget for the capper as well when you plan the IS200: caps must be tightened before sealing. The CL40 starts at ₹72,576 + ₹13,064 GST and the DEC80 desktop capper is ₹59,136 + ₹10,644 GST.
What is included in the price
The rate covers the machine as described on its product page, delivery to any PIN code in India, a GST invoice and 12 months of warranty on manufacturing defects. Caps and induction wads are not included – they come from your cap supplier – and neither is a capping machine, which the IS200 line needs in front of it.
Buying several, and GST
Prices on this page are ex-GST; the 18% tax is shown beside each one. Ordering more than one unit lowers the rate automatically at checkout, in steps from 2 pieces up to 50 or more. The machine is shipped at no charge and invoiced by Fulcrum Infratech Pvt. Ltd., so a registered buyer can claim the GST back.
How the two machines work and which one suits your line is on the induction sealing machine page; the rest of the closing range is on capping and can sealing.
