What moves the price of a sealing machine
How the seal is made. A hand impulse sealer heats a thin element for a moment and costs the least. A band sealer keeps heated blocks and a moving belt running all the time, which costs more but seals pouch after pouch without anyone pressing a bar.
Length of the seal. On impulse machines the price climbs with the bar: the 24 inch hand model costs about four times the 8 inch.
Duty. A Heavy Duty hand sealer costs about ₹1,000 more than the Standard at each size and carries 5 years of cover instead of 2.
What else happens at the seal. Air or gas flushing, a vacuum, a printing wheel or a wider conveyor each add a step – and to the rate.
How to compare the rows
Start from the pack, not the price. Measure the widest bag laid flat, note the film, and count how many you close on a busy day. A few hundred small pouches a day sit happily on a hand sealer; a snack unit filling pouches all shift needs a band sealer; bottles with a foil wad under the cap need induction, whatever the budget.
Then compare within that type. The impulse sealer price list breaks the first two rows into all twelve sizes with bulk slabs, and the sealing machines page has a chooser that matches a pack to a machine.
Bulk, dealer and repeat orders
Hand impulse sealers take an automatic cart discount when you buy more than one of a model: 3% on two, 5% on three, 7.5% on four, 10% from five to 49 and 15% from 50. Larger or mixed orders, and dealer orders, can be paid against a written quotation instead of the online cart. Payment online goes through Razorpay by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet, and an unused machine in its box can come back within 7 days.
Spares are priced on each product page as well – for example the heating element and Teflon kit for each impulse sealer size – so the running cost of a machine is visible before you buy it.
How these rates stay current
The rates in the table are not typed in by hand each month. They are read from the same product data that the product pages and the cart use, so when a rate changes there, this page changes with it the next time it opens. The month in the table heading and the date under it follow the calendar, and they are only updated when the live rates have actually loaded.

Why do some rows say "from"?
Those machines come in more than one size or version. The row shows the lowest starting rate; the product page lists every option.
Which sealing machine is used for pouches?
Plain PE and PP pouches seal on an impulse or band sealer. Foil and metallised pouches need constant heat, such as the FS300D / 400D hot bar sealer or a band sealer.
Is delivery charged extra?
No. Delivery is free to any Indian PIN code; metro cities usually get it in about 3 days and other towns in 5 to 6.
