Petrol Water Pump Price: 3 Inch 6.5 HP and 7 HP Models

Petrol Water Pump Price List in India (2026)

PackForge supplies two portable 3 inch water pumps with petrol engines. They serve irrigation where electricity is unreliable and dewatering during the monsoon. The list shows prices before GST with the tax beside each figure, and PackForge delivers free throughout India.

What Is a 3 Inch Water Pump?

A 3 inch water pump has 80 mm suction and delivery ports. This size matches the irrigation hoses most Indian farms already use. Both PackForge models deliver approximately 900 to 1,000 litres per minute and hold about 3.6 litres of fuel. Their compact construction lets two operators lift the unit, or a small vehicle carry it between plots, canals and ponds, which considerably improves operational flexibility.

6.5 HP or 7 HP Water Pump?

For a farmer transferring canal water over a modest vertical distance to adjacent fields, the 6.5 HP water pump performs the duty satisfactorily while consuming less fuel. Where the most distant outlet is elevated or considerably remote, the 7 HP model provides additional performance margin. Conversely, when a pump would remain permanently at one location with mains electricity available daily, an electric pumpset generally offers lower operating costs and therefore deserves evaluation.

How to Select the Right Model

1. Suction lift requires measurement. Determine the vertical distance between the pump position and the water surface during the driest month.
2. The delivery run requires measurement. Record the elevation and the total hose length to the most distant outlet.
3. Water quality requires assessment. Describe any silt, sand or floating debris so that an appropriate strainer can be recommended.
4. Selection should rely on measurement rather than horsepower. The rated total head, rather than engine horsepower, ultimately determines whether water reaches the field.

Spares, Delivery and Support

Air filters, carburettors and pull starters are maintained in inventory for both pumps, which ensures that routine replacements cause minimal interruption to irrigation schedules. Replacement parts may be requested by sending the model designation and a photograph of the component on WhatsApp to +91 95822 69346. Every pump is dispatched with a GST invoice and complimentary delivery to any PIN code in India. A petrol pump must never be operated within an enclosed room, because hazardous exhaust gases accumulate rapidly.
