PackForge 4 Inch Thermal Label & Barcode Printer – USB + Bluetooth, 203 DPI

What is a 4 inch thermal label printer?

Direct thermal labels carry a coating that turns black when heated. Inside the printer, a row of tiny heating dots presses on the label as a roller pulls it through, and the computer or phone tells each dot when to warm up, forming text, barcodes or a QR code line by line. Nothing gets used up except labels.

It suits online sellers printing 4 x 6 inch courier labels, shops and warehouses printing barcode and price stickers, and pharmacies printing small medicine labels. At 23.9 x 18 x 17.5 cm and about 1.8 kg it sits on a packing table. Prints are black only and up to 104 mm wide. To print codes straight onto pouches, pick a handheld coder fitted with the 2590 solvent cartridge.
